Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. The majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and some is shipped via Priority Mail. Each order is charged for handling which includes the UPS residential fee when applicable.
If you place your order before noon central time, your order will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. If you place your order after noon central time, we will begin shipping out your order within 72 hours. Please remember that business days are only Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Damaged Shipments: Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving package so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements for fixing or replacing your order. Please call 1.888.978.7278.
