The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. GoKart-ScooterStore.com ("GKSS"), a division of ARNCO, reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for Return Shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Back Orders
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occcasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. We will advise you of any delay in shipping back orders. If we cannot fill a back order, we will notify you and cancel the order. If you do not want us to fill the back order, please e-mail orders@gokart-scooterstore.com or call us at 1.888.978.7278 and press Option 1 and cancel the item(s) ordered.

Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy on selected items. Please contact us at 1.888.978.7278, Option 2, or email our Customer Service Department at sales@gokart-scooterstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to us. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. Please allow up to 6-12 business days after we receive the returned material for your refund.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. If you accept a damaged package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packaging it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please allow up to 6-12 business days after we receive the returned material for your refund.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

    1. Click here to download a Pre-Authorized Return Form, print it and fill it out.

    2. Re-pack the items and include the Return Authorization Form. Items must arrive unused in their original packaging.

    3. Ship prepaid via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please retain your tracking number.

Privacy Policy
We request information from the customer on our order form. A customer must provide contact information (such as name, email, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.
